Amazing benefits of apple cider vinegar


  • For Joint Pains:Mix 1/4th cup of apple cider vinegar,1/4th cup of olive oil and 2 eggs apply this on affected joint paints daily and after applying rest for 15 minutes.And drink this tonic 3 times daily.
  • For Heart:Mix apple cider vinegar and honey in equal quantities and take this mixture 2-3 times daily which has alkalization property that  relaxes the heart and lower the bad cholesterol.
  • For Laryngitis,Tonsillitis,Strep throat:Mix one spoon of apple cider vinegar with half cup of water and gargle daily 3-4 times.
  • For Constipation and Indigestion:Add a spoonfull of apple cider vinegar to one cup of warm water.Take this 2 times a day.
  • For Calluses:Mix a cup of apple cider vinegar to a bucket full of water and soak your feet for sometime.After  soaking gentle rub with pumice stone and again soak your feet in apple cider vinegar for another 15 minutes.
  • For Acne:Dilute vinegar and apply on the infected area.For better results use twice a day.
  • For Ear infection:Mix apple cider vinegar with alcohol in the ratio of 1:1.Apply in the ear and leave it for 15 minutes 3-4 times a day.
  • For Dandruff:Apply pure apple cider vinegar into roots and scalp and leave it for 20 minutes.Wash off with a mild shampoo.
  • For Eczema:Mix apple cider vinegar with water in 50/50 ratio apply this on the affected areas and cover it with a cloth.Follow this method several times a day.After that massage with caster oil in the night and cover it.
  • For Nose bleeds:Take a cotton ball and dip it into apple cider vinegar and insert into the bleeding nostril.Thus,constrict the vessel and bleeding stops.
  • For Warts:Crush the garlic and place on a wart now dip the bandage in apple cider vinegar and wrap the wart overnight.Morning wash off with cold water and apply caster oil and wrap it.Continue this process till the wart falls off.
  • For Athlete's foot:Soak feet in apple cider vinegar and water mixture with Listerine in it.Repeat  this twice a day.
  • For Burns:Add a spoon of salt to a cup of apple cider vinegar and dip the cloth in it and place it in the area where there is a burn.Repeat it several times a day.
  • For Spots:Add table spoon of onion juice to raw apple cider vinegar in 1:1 ratio.Apply this twice a day for quick results.
  • For teeth:Gargle apple cider vinegar twice a daily for whitening of teeth.
  • For kidneys:Mix one cup of apple cider vinegar in a gallon of water.Take this overall a day for detoxification of kidneys.Repeat this for 2-3 days.
  • For Sunburn:Add a cup of vinegar to a bathtub after sun exposure.It not only relaxes body but also maintains body pH levels.
