  • Cashew nut oil:It removes the dead skin and makes skin smooth.Which flare ups the lesions.



  • Coconut oil:Before shower apply warm coconut oil on effected area and leave for an hour which helps in changing aggravation.


  • Fish oil:Cream based fish oil is applied on the effected area which reduces the scaly and patchy skin.Due to presence of omega 3 fatty acid it helps in curing psoriasis.Capsules forms are also taken.


  • Garlic oil and aloe vera gel:Mix equal amounts of garlic oil and aloe vera gel and apply on effected area for 10-15 minutes for better results.


  • Cayenne pepper:Capsicum cream made of this pepper is available in the market which helps in reducing lesions,scaling and redness on the skin.



  • Apple cider vinegar:You can pore half a cup of ACV in your bath tub or dilute with some water and apply on effected area for itching and scaling.


  • Aloe vera:Apply aloe vera gel 3-4 times in a day to reduce lesions.It also reduces redness and scaling of the skin.


  • Olive oil:Applying olive oil on the effect area helps in relieving.



  • Banana peel:It will remove the rashes and smoothens the skin.Apply inner banana peel on the lesions and see the results.

  • Chamomile:It is widely used anti - inflammatory compound which helps in treating psoriasis quickly.



  • Caster oil:Mix 1 tablespoon baking soda with cold caster oil and apply daily before going to bed.It helps in reducing lesions.Do not apply this on open skin.
