  Wonderful remedies to improve vision naturally

  • Amla and Carrot:Good home remedy to improve eye vision is to have one cup of amla and carrot juice ,on an empty stomach daily morning.Carrot and lam have vitamin A and store houses of antioxidants that helps to beat  ill effects of oxidative stress in the body.

  • Dry fruits and Nuts:Almonds,figs and raisins are the elixirs for the eyes.Soak 6-10 almonds,12 raisins and 2 anjeers overnight in some water.Eat them in the morning on an empty stomach.The high fiber and vitamins in these dry fruits helps the body to get rid of toxins,thereby resolving eye related problems.
  • Copper rich food:Drinking one liter of water stored in copper vessel overnight helps in healing the eye problem and other vital organs.The benefits of copper as a micro nutrient are innumerable and it is a potent anti bacterial agent.
